£20,000 per annum (OTE £28,500.00)

The Development Network is an international business, delivering a unique blend of business to business (B2B) conferences and exhibitions, specialising in the Defence and Passenger Ship sectors. We’re looking for hungry and determined individuals to join our delegate sales function. You will be responsible for helping our clients achieve their objectives and ensuring that we provide the extremely high-quality experience we are renowned for.

The Role

As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating interest and securing participation of industry delegates for a wide variety of conferences and events. Analysing customer feedback, assessing their need and matching our bespoke solutions is also a key part of the role.

What we need from YOU…

In return, we offer a good starting salary of £20,000 per annum and a realistic OTE of £28,500, made up of monthly commission (which is uncapped) and quarterly bonuses. Your benefits would also include social team events, opportunities to travel internationally and help run our events and a generous 4% contribution to your pension scheme, 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), and an extended Christmas break
